Paid Work Experience
Get hands-on experience with a real employer while earning a paycheck. Build your skills, boost your resume, and gain confidence.
Individual Career Development
Work one-on-one with a mentor to create a custom plan that fits your goals, interests, and timeline.
Employment Assistance
We’ll help you find and apply for jobs, prepare your resume, and practice for interviews so you’re ready for the workforce.
Vocational Schooling
Get certified in high-demand careers like Cosmetology, CNA, Security, Graphic Design, Phlebotomy, Forklift Operation, and many more—for free.
College Enrollment Assistance
Need help applying to college or figuring out your next steps? We’ve got you covered with one-on-one support and resources.
Supportive Services
We provide essential support like transportation assistance, work clothing, tools, and more to help you succeed in school, training, or a new job.
Eligibility Requirements
Are you between the ages of 16 and 24:
Looking for a fresh start or a new direction? Operation New Hope’s WIOA Youth Program may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Eligible youth must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Dropped out of school

Dropped out of school

Earned a high school diploma or equivalent and are low-income, basic skills deficient, or English language learners

Have a history of involvement with the justice system

Are homeless or at risk of homelessness

Are current or former foster youth who have aged out of care

Are pregnant or parenting

Have a documented disability
